The annual HOA meeting was held as scheduled on November 3 at 9:15 AM. The proposed 2008 Budget was adopted and is now posted for your review. The minutes of the annual meeting will be posted shortly. If there are any corrections or deletions to the minutes please reply by e-mail and we will correct them immediately.
All home owners are asked to make certain that they have a fire extinguisher in place inside the home. New local fire codes require it. Owners are also informed that the city is doing a traffic study on the area and that they should be on the lookout for the notice of meeting for the hearing to reduce the speed limit in the community to 25 miles per hour.
